The wounds have healed very well.
All thanks to my sister-in-law's recommendation.

I also used fresh Aloe Vera to apply on it when he's sleeping.
Life safer if you have young kids who are accident-prompt.

Never thought of that.
He didn't even realized it himself. His friend saw it and immediately they went to the general office and they did a first aid to clean the wound.
He and friends were playing during recess when it happened. He didn't even know. Sigh...
